Hey KCAC, make room for CAC!  Healthy things grow, and the Federal Way Kings are healthy and growing!  We have made arrangements to start up workouts in the Kent/Covington area.  The start up date is April 24th, 2006.  We will be having coached workouts on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 a.m.  If you live in this area, this is a great option for you.  Also, if you know of people in this area, we need you to promote this to your friends.
